Recruitment Ad Agency (RAA) Association

The Recruitment Ad Agency (RAA) Association was originally founded in 2002 with the goal of uniting recruitment advertising agencies from around the world in order to advance the profession. Relaunched in 2019, the RAA Association continues their dedication to this mission. Further, the RAA Association strives to build an engaged and collaborative community of members who promote the highest ethical standards, provide quality service to clients, and pursue innovative solutions to recruitment advertising problems and challenges. The RAA Association is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that maintains inclusivity of all recruitment advertising agencies who wish to join.

Mission Statement

Provide a forum for the exchange of information among member agencies and to communicate the value, benefits and scope of recruitment and employee communications to Human Resources and Recruitment professionals, Media and other organizations impacting the recruiting industry, and the Public.

To monitor and respond to any changes in recruitment advertising practices, which might affect member agencies; to review related industry procedures, and to offer recommendations for changes and/or improvements which are mutually beneficial.

To review the concerns of RAA members and to act on their behalf in the pursuit of solutions to problems related to the recruitment advertising community.

To promote the highest ethical standards amongst all RAA members, and the mutual business interests of member agencies while protecting the best interests of clients. 

The Recruitment Agencies are seeking a better forum to discuss issues and ideas that hopefully can capture additional print and online revenue.
